Terms and conditions
The INCOCO membership program is operated by JENNYCATT/A INCOCO (hereinafter referred to as "INCOCO") and is bound by the following terms and conditions. This plan is only applicable to INCOCO physical stores and online stores in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. By applying to become a member of the INCOCO membership program, it means that you have read these terms and conditions, and accept and agree to be bound by them. You also agree to provide INCOCO with your personal data ( "Personal Data" is interpreted in accordance with the "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance" Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong ) and that INCOCO may collect and use it in accordance with its Personal Data (Privacy) Policy Statement Your personal data.

"Membership Card" refers to the membership card issued to you after successfully applying for the INCOCO membership program to enjoy relevant rewards.
"Points" refers to the points you earn based on your net spending receipts at INCOCO branches and online stores
"INCOCO Redeem Reward" means that INCOCO members can redeem gifts after accumulating designated points
"Validity period" refers to the effective date of membership or 12 months from upgrade or renewal
"Branch" means INCOCO entities operating in Hong Kong retailer shop
Membership application
When you apply to become an INCOCO member for free (including all membership levels, hereinafter referred to as "members"), there is no membership fee or consumption amount. You only need to fill in the relevant required information and agree to these terms and conditions to become an INCOCO member. Registration methods include:

After successful application, the applicant will receive a membership card.
Applicants must ensure that the membership registration information provided is true, correct, complete, and free of misleading or fraudulent elements.
Members can check their consumption and points records at any of our branches or email us .
In order to facilitate information about offers and promotional activities, you may be asked to supplement or provide us with complete and accurate personal information when registering for the first time, including but not limited to birthday information, interests and contact addresses.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim, request, liability or litigation arising from the omission, negligence and or failure of customers or members to provide us with their latest information, or the accuracy and completeness of such information, The company will not take any responsibility.
Membership level and validity period
If an INCOCO N member has no consumption record in the past 12 months, the membership will automatically become invalid, and the unused points in the card will also be automatically cancelled.
The validity period of INCOCO Platinum membership is one year. During the validity period of the membership, the accumulated net consumption value is HK$2,000 or more, the INCOCO Platinum membership will be automatically retained and updated to the next year. On the contrary, if the member’s cumulative net spending is less than HK$2,000, his INCOCO Platinum membership will be downgraded to INCOCO N. The validity period refers to the 12 months from the effective date or the upgrade date or the renewal date of the membership (if the effective date of the upgrade from INCOCO N to INCOCO Platinum is September 1st, the validity period will end on August 31 of the following year).
All memberships will be automatically withdrawn when the validity period expires.
Membership usage and membership discount
The exercise of membership rights and related transactions of members, including membership discounts, accumulated points, exchanges and refunds, etc., must be presented with a membership card for system records.
The designated membership card issued by each member can only be used by the same person. The membership card is not transferable to others. If abuse or improper use is found, INCOCO reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership.
Each transaction can only accept one membership card as a deposit or discount
If the INCOCO N member entity membership card or INCOCO Platinum member is lost and the entity membership card needs to be replaced, a HK$10 handling fee will be charged and the relevant fees will not be refunded.
Members must keep and use their membership cards properly. INCOCO is not responsible for any losses caused by theft or loss of membership cards.

Reward points
Reward points
When you show your INCOCO membership card at INCOCO stores , you will get 1 point for every HK$10 in net consumption. INCOCO Platunum membership cards, consumer net worth 5 yuan per HK, you can get 1 bonus point and enjoy 95% discount.
Depending on individual promotion activities, the reward points earned will vary.
The points are valid for 12 months from the effective date of the membership , and subsequent points are calculated annually. The points accumulated in the year are valid until the end of the year and will be automatically cancelled after the expiration.
Members must present their INCOCO membership card at the time of transaction to earn points. Members should check and update their membership cards before payment to ensure a smooth process of depositing and withdrawing points.
The stored value in the membership card is non- refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, no redemption, and non-transferable under any circumstances . When the membership expires, its points will be automatically cancelled.
If a member forgets to bring his membership card before the transaction, he can provide membership information for identity verification before payment, and obtain member records to record the consumption and accumulated points.
All the systems integrator to INCOCO recorded as prospective . INCOCO does not accept any request to reclaim points after the transaction.
Points cannot be transferred or split, and points in different membership cards cannot be combined.
INCOCO redeem rewards
INCOCO members can redeem relevant gifts or discount coupons with points
Personal care products will vary according to the individual's skin or physical condition and other factors. INCOCO is not responsible for any allergic reactions .
Reward pictures for reference only, all in kind as prospective . All rewards do not include product maintenance, return, transfer, exchange for cash or cash for redemption. Members must check the redeemed gifts immediately, otherwise no rewards or points will be reissued under any circumstances afterwards.
All rewards can only be provided when stock is available. INCOCO may, at its sole discretion, terminate the provision of a reward or provide a similar reward of the same value as a substitute at any time, without prior notice before the reward is redeemed. INCOCO does not guarantee that any reward will remain available during the validity period of the redemption reward.
INCOCO reserves the right to modify the terms of use of this member's redemption privilege at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the final decision will be the INCOCO as prospective .
All canceled transactions or shopping refunds will be automatically deducted for the reward points obtained for the current purchase, including the additional reward points obtained for the designated promotion plan.
general conditions
INCOCO will send member offers and promotion notifications to members via email or mobile social programs. Members must provide the correct email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing important notices.
INCOCO is not responsible for unsuccessful emails or SMS .
INCOCO is not responsible for the loss of points caused by any computer technology or system problems.
INCOCO has the absolute discretion to reject and/or revoke any applicant’s membership application, and terminate and/or cancel its membership for any reason. If the membership is terminated by us for any reason, all relevant points will also be cancelled immediately.
If the court rules that any clause in these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will not be affected by the above invalid or unenforceable, and will continue to have full effect and effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region , and members agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
