INCOCO X A&N|7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order from https://incocohk.shoplineapp.com, for the following reasons:
Eligible reasons include:
- Product color, pattern, or material differs from website description
- Logistics issues
- Incorrect purchase (see note below)
- Product defect or quality issue
Product conditions required for return/exchange:
- Item is unused and undamaged
- All accessories are intact
- Original packaging is complete and undamaged
- Product condition allows for resale
- Overseas orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective or wrongly shipped
Return/Exchange Procedure
- Submit your request via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the item, stating the product and reason.
- We will confirm your request and guide you through the next steps.
- Please pack the item securely in a separate bag (not the original transparent packaging), along with the delivery slip or order confirmation.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the result and next steps via email or WhatsApp.
Fees:
- Fees depend on the reason and product condition.
- If the item does not meet return/exchange criteria, we reserve the right to charge shipping fees.
Note on Incorrect Purchases
If you wish to exchange due to a wrong purchase (e.g. wrong color, product type), you must:
- Cover the return shipping cost
- Confirm the desired replacement item with our team before sending
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will ship the replacement via freight collect (HK$30–50)
- Please note: once exchanged, the item cannot be returned again
